Domain renewal is your responsibility, and we'll send you a reminder 30 days before it expires so your website never goes offline by surprise.

A website needs hosting, security updates, backups and small changes every year. The yearly website plan bundles all of that for ₹10,000, so you never chase a developer or pay separate bills. If you prefer to own the website outright, the One-time Website is ₹20,000 plus ₹5,000 a year.
No. All prices are + 18% GST, and you receive a proper GST invoice.
A small update to your existing website - for example, changing timings, updating prices, replacing photos or editing text on a page. The Website Plan includes 2 change requests every month. New pages or new features are quoted separately.
No - on purpose. Your domain stays in your own name. If you already have one, we connect it for free. If not, we buy it for you at actual cost plus ₹499, registered in your name.
Search engines take time to notice and trust new content and improvements. Judging SEO after one or two months isn't fair to you or to the work. After 6 months you can cancel any time.
Yes, in some cases: 100% if you cancel within 24 hours of payment and before work starts, and 50% if you cancel before approving the design. Once the website is live, the plan isn't refundable and continues until the end of the paid period. Domain fees, ad budgets and SMS credits are never refundable.
We remind you before your plan ends. If it expires, your website stays online during a 7-day grace period and is then paused until you renew. Your domain is always yours either way.
E-commerce, booking systems, logo design and extra pages aren't part of the standard plans, but we can quote for them separately. Tell us what you need.
