Terms of Service

1. Who we are

Wishtml (“we”, “us”) provides website design, hosting, maintenance, SEO and related services to businesses, mainly in Delhi and Noida. “You” means the business or person purchasing our services.

2. Plans and what they include

Yearly Website Plan - ₹10,000 per year + 18% GST: a website of up to 5 pages, hosting with SSL, maintenance, backups and updates, basic SEO (on-page SEO, speed optimisation, Google Search Console setup), Google Business Profile setup and 2 change requests per month. The plan renews at ₹10,000 per year.

One-time Website - ₹20,000 one-time + 18% GST: the same website (up to 5 pages, basic SEO, Google Business Profile setup). You own the website. Hosting and maintenance cost ₹5,000 per year + 18% GST.

SEO Retainer - ₹4,000 per month + 18% GST: 4 SEO blog posts per month, Google Business Profile posts, local listings and a monthly SEO report. It can be added to the Website Plan or the One-time Website.

Add-ons - Google & Meta Ads management from ₹4,999 per month (ad budget paid by you directly to the platform), Bulk SMS & WhatsApp (quoted separately) and business email (paid add-on).

3. What is not included

Unless agreed in writing, plans do not include e-commerce, booking or payment systems, logo design, extra pages beyond 5, content writing beyond the website pages, photography, or the domain name. These can be quoted separately.

4. Payment

• All plans are paid in full, in advance, before work starts.
• Payment is accepted via Razorpay or bank transfer.
• All prices are exclusive of GST, which is charged at the applicable rate (currently 18%).
• The SEO Retainer is billed monthly by auto-pay.

5. Delivery timeline

We aim to deliver your website within 4-5 working days. This timeline applies only if you provide all required content - logo, photos, text and business details - within 2 days of starting. If the website is delayed by more than 10 days due to our fault, you receive 1 month of the plan free.

6. Change requests

The Website Plan includes 2 change requests per month. A change request is a small update to existing content, such as changing text, timings, prices or images. New pages, new features or redesigns are not change requests and will be quoted separately. Unused change requests do not carry forward. Changes for the One-time Website are quoted per change.

7. SEO Retainer commitment

The SEO Retainer has a minimum commitment of 6 months, because SEO takes time to show results. After 6 months, you may cancel at any time; cancellation stops future payments. The current month's payment is not refundable.

8. No guarantee of results

We work to improve your online visibility and help you receive enquiries, but we do not guarantee any number of leads, calls, sales or any particular ranking on Google or any other platform. Search engines and advertising platforms are controlled by third parties.

9. Domain ownership

Your domain is always registered in your name and email address. If you already own a domain, we connect it for free. If we purchase a domain for you, we charge the actual cost plus a ₹499 service fee. Domain renewal is your responsibility; we will send a reminder 30 days before expiry.

10. Website ownership and transfer

One-time Website: you own the website once it is fully paid for.

Yearly Website Plan: the website is hosted and maintained by us as part of the subscription. After the first paid year, you may request a handover of the website to your own hosting, for a one-time fee of [transfer fee - to be decided].

11. Expiry, renewal and pause

We will remind you before your plan or hosting is due for renewal. If payment is not received by the expiry date, your website remains online for a 7-day grace period. After that, the website may be paused until the plan is renewed. Your domain is not affected, as it remains in your name.

12. Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate content and confirm you have the right to use any logos, photos and text you share with us.
• Make sure your business information, offers and claims are lawful and truthful.
• Keep your domain renewed and your contact details up to date.

13. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Delhi.
