Information we collect

We collect only the information you choose to share through our forms:

• Free website audit form: your name, business name, website or Google Business link, and phone number.
• Contact form: your name, phone number, and optionally your email address, business name, the service you're interested in and your message.

How we use it

We use your details only to contact you about your enquiry - for example, to share your free audit, answer your questions or discuss a plan. We do not add you to marketing lists without your permission.

Form submissions are delivered to our business email inbox. If you become a client, we also use your details to deliver and invoice the services you've paid for.

We don't sell your data

We never sell, rent or trade your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run our business (such as our email and hosting providers), and only as needed for that purpose, or when required by law.

WhatsApp, phone and email

If you contact us on WhatsApp, the conversation is handled through WhatsApp, and WhatsApp's own privacy policy applies to that service. Phone calls and emails are used only to respond to you.

Cookies and analytics

This website does not currently use advertising or analytics cookies. Our hosting provider may keep standard technical logs (such as IP address and browser type) for security and reliability. If we add analytics in future, we'll update this policy.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details only as long as needed to respond to you and for reasonable business records. Client records are kept as required for accounting and legal purposes.

Your choices

You can ask us to show, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing help@wishtml.com. We aim to handle personal data in line with applicable Indian law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
