Refund Policy

We want you to feel confident paying in advance. This policy explains when you can get a refund, how much, and which payments can't be refunded. It applies to all Wishtml plans and services.
Website Plan (yearly)
Refunds for the yearly Website Plan depend on how far the work has progressed:
- Cancelled within 24 hours of payment, before work has started: 100% refund.
- Cancelled before you approve the website design: 50% refund.
- After the website goes live: no refund. The plan continues until the end of the paid period.
One-time Website
The same rules apply as for the Website Plan: a 100% refund within 24 hours of payment and before work starts, a 50% refund if cancelled before design approval, and no refund once the website is live.
SEO Retainer (monthly)
- The SEO Retainer has a minimum commitment of 6 months.
- Payment for the current month is not refundable.
- After the 6-month minimum, you can cancel at any time. Cancellation stops future monthly payments.
Always non-refundable
The following are never refundable, because they are paid to third parties or are already used:
- Domain registration and renewal fees
- Advertising budgets paid to Google, Meta or other platforms
- SMS and WhatsApp message credits
- Any other amount already paid to a third party on your behalf
Our delay promise
If your website is delayed by more than 10 days because of our fault, you get 1 month of the plan free.
Our delivery timeline (4-5 working days) applies only when you provide all required content - logo, photos, text and business details - within 2 days of starting. Delays caused by missing content, late feedback or changes in scope are not counted as our fault.
How to request a refund
Email us at help@wishtml.com with your name, business name and payment details. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method or by bank transfer, usually within 7-10 working days of approval.
